What you don’t know about VA benefits could cost you

Many people assume new illnesses, aches, and pains are “normal.”   Just part of aging.  Or simply bad luck.  Or even genetics.  Veterans – don’t be lulled into passive acceptance of so-called common wisdom.  Diet and exercise can only get you so far with the many health problems – some tremendously serious – which may be the result of your military service.  In addition, some health issues, such as birth defects, may be results of your military service that affect not only you but your entire family. Many veteran’s suffer from Hepatitis C. A horrible disease with no cure, until maybe now.

A few weeks ago I met and discussed Hepatitis C with a Bristol drug representative who discussed how the new Hep C medicines were actually curing people with Hep C.

The following article discusses some of what the represenative stated http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2014/01/29/hepatitis-c-treatment/5029179/

Today, the Alamo fell to the Mexican Army under the command of General Santa Ana.

After holding off a far numerically superior army for 13 days the final assault began shortly after midnight. Using darkness and a calm the Mexican army crept close to the Alamo, and at approximately 0530 began the final assault. By 0630 all the Texican forces, defenders of liberty were dead.

The Texas defenders and Army, however, won the war 6 weeks later as Gen. Sam Houston defeated Gen. Santa Ana and his army at San Jacinto, TX.

The following list was sent to us by one of our good friends, Chip Beazley, of Alabama.

For veterans needing assistance obtaining their VA disability benefits The Law Office of Robert B. Goss, P.C. is here to help you get the benefits you have earned serving our nation. https://www.attorneyforveterans.com

The majority of clients of The Law Office of Robert B. Goss, P.C., https://www.attorneyforveterans.com are veterans. Veterans enlisted and served to protect America, and our allies.

Veterans and service-members know freedom and liberty are NOT free. Service members who protect the nation need modern weapons to protect the country and those who assume no harm will ever come to the U,S.

The USAF has launched another moderination program for the workhorse B-52. Those who oppose it do so for their gain. The arguments I have read against this upgrade program ring selfish to me. Every opposing post I have read essentially stated this was a waste of money we could better use to support [fill in the blank for a social welfare program].

The Law Office of Robert B. Goss, P.C. https://www.attorneyforveterans.com wishes to express our condolenses to the family and friends of Col. George “Bud” Day.

July 28, 2013, Col. Day passed away after a long illness.

Col. Day was a true hero and a man I greatly admired. He helped friends of mine as an attorney, he fought for veterans all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court that denied a Writ of Certiorari. The case involved fighting to protect veteran’s right to free health care. See http://mrgrg-ms.org/cag-rule.html.
